Returns & Refund Policy

The following returns policy applies to all items sold on this site –

Due to the nature of items listed on this site, we do not accept returns. If the item received however is damaged in any way, we offer a full refund or send in a replacement depending on which option you choose. Kindly share any images of the item against open packaging when placing your request.

Any item is eligible for refund/replacement within 2 days from receiving the order if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

– Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery

– Has one or more parts of accessories missing

– Does not match with what was ordered. In disputes of dimension, refunds will only be acceptable when the dimensions listed are significantly different from those listed (At least 12%).

Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
